At your first visit to Mesa Chiropractic PLLC, Dr. Baden Patterson will thoroughly evaluate your injuries and explain to you how chiropractic care works. We understand the importance of educating you on chiropractic care so that you can heal quickly.
You will receive a full exam and evaluation prior to your adjustment to see which chiropractic solutions will be the best to address your needs. Dr. Patterson will customize a personalized treatment plan of chiropractic care in addition to other therapies and the 5 pillars of heallth: Detoxification, nutrition, fitness, hormone optimization and stress reduction. Your customized plan will include any of the above that need to be addressed to help you reach your goals and live your best life.That plan will be presented to you during your second visit with Dr. Patterson
As long as no contraindications for adjusting are found during your exam, you will receive your first adjustment at your first appointment!
